Web Design prepares students for employment in Web Designing.  The program offers a broad foundation of knowledge and skills and stresses understanding and demonstration of the various elements of the web design services industry, including planning, technical and production skills, management and more.
 

What Type of Student Should Enroll?

This curriculum is designed for students with intermediate knowledge of computers. Proficiency in keyboarding is highly recommended.  Higher level math and computer science, communication skills and problem-solving are essential components of the program.
 

What Skills are Taught?

After successfully completing the program, the student will be able to:
 

·         Demonstrate knowledge, skill and application of information systems

·         Practice quality performance in the learning environment and the workplace

·         Use technology to apply an enhance communication skills in technical reading and writing

·         Demonstrate strategies to construct and maintain effective operation systems

·         Develop an awareness of emerging technologies
