- Instructors are A.S.E. Master Certified
- Automotive Program is N.A.T.E.F. Certified
Core Content
- Analyze, repair and maintain automobiles and automotive products to manufacturer’s specifications
- Prepare for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certifications
Industry Certification/Licensure
Students take the following 8 exams from the National Institute for ASE:
Engine Repair, Brakes, Automatic Transmission/Transaxle, Electrical/Electronic Systems, Manual Transmission/Transaxle, Heating and Air Conditioning Systems, Suspension and Steering, Engine Performance
Statewide Articulation (Community Colleges in Florida):
Upon successful completion of this program, students enrolling in an AS in Automotive Service Management Technology degree program are eligible to be awarded 19 articulated credits.
